Controversial high school diplomas create turmoil at Keiser University

Redo of federal education law sparks debate over military recruiters' access to students

Manatee, Sarasota superintendents to receive awards

McGonegal was sworn in as Manatee schools' superintendent in January. A certified accountant with a background in finance, McGonegal started his career in education at Highlands County schools.
